Location: world-wide (warmer waters)
Size: range between 2.2-4.5 feet long
Description: There are two specific types of shark: Spurdog and Dogfish. They are considered to be the most abundant shark; however, the individual species are hard to distinguish.
Diet: bony fish, squid, octopus, and crustaceans
Feeding Habits: powerful jaws, eat animals large then them
Lifespan: 25-100 years
Offspring: 1-32 pups per litter
