Description: Sandbar sharks live by the bottom, and they are more active at night. They have no specific markings; however, their dorsal fin is especially long. Often these sharks live in groups, and will move to warmer waters during the winter.
Diet: small bottom fish, crustaceans, and mollusks

Offspring: 1-14 pups per litter every 2 or 3 years
